FOUNDED IN 2024 IN MOONEE PONDS
Norris built Project Acai on years of hospitality experience and a lifelong connection to dessert.
Growing up in his dad’s cake shop, Norris developed an early understanding of quality, flavour and what makes people come back. That same thinking now shapes Project Acai, from fresh acai bowls to cakes and our signature San Sebastian cheesecake.
Following the success of our first dessert shop in Moonee Ponds, we opened our second location in Port Melbourne in March 2026, bringing our acai, dessert and late night experience to a wider community.
From day one, Project Acai has been about more than just dessert. We’re proud to be part of the Moonee Ponds and Port Melbourne communities, creating a space for late night eats, sweet cravings and everyday moments shared with friends and family.
